TERMS OF SALE

1. Seller
Products on bnd-officiel.com are sold by BND. Email: bnd.officiel001@gmail.com.

2. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed on bnd-officiel.com by consumers. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

3. Products
We sell compression tank tops for men. Product descriptions and photos are as accurate as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Our products are clothing and are not medical devices.

4. Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the final price you pay. Shipping to the United Kingdom is free. Offers (such as "Buy 2, get 1 free" or "Buy 3, get 2 free") apply automatically at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

5. Ordering
To order, add your products to the cart, enter your details and confirm payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, a stock issue or suspected fraud. If we do, you will be fully refunded.

6. Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order, by card, PayPal or any other method shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

7. Delivery
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours and usually delivered within 3 to 10 business days. Your order remains our responsibility until it is delivered to you. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

8. Optional shipping protection
At checkout you can add shipping protection. It covers parcels stolen after being marked as delivered, or damaged in transit. It does not replace our responsibility for parcels lost before delivery.

9. Right to cancel
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, email us at bnd.officiel001@gmail.com with your order number. You must then send the item(s) back within 14 days. Return shipping costs are paid by you. During this period you may try the item on, as you would in a shop. If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item(s), using your original payment method.

10. 30-day returns
In addition to your legal right to cancel, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, as explained in our Refund Policy.

11. Faulty items and legal guarantee
Our products are covered by your legal rights as a consumer. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

13. Complaints and disputes
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at bnd.officiel001@gmail.com. We will do our best to find a solution quickly. These terms are subject to French law. If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom or in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you can bring a claim before the courts of your country.

14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies.
