SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping
Shipping is free on all orders to the United Kingdom.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3 to 10 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Order tracking
You can follow your parcel at any time with the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Lost or late parcels
Your order remains our responsibility until it is delivered. If your parcel has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us. If it is lost in transit, we will reship your order or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

Shipping protection (optional)
At checkout you can add shipping protection. It covers your parcel if it is stolen after being marked as delivered, or if it arrives damaged. In those cases we reship your order or refund you, with no need to wait for a carrier investigation. To make a claim, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number (and photos if the item is damaged).

Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully before confirming your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will try to correct it before dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address given at checkout.
