REFUND POLICY

30-day returns
You can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and must not have been worn, for hygiene reasons.

- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
- Shipping protection is not refundable once the order has shipped.
- If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may refuse the refund or reduce it to reflect the loss in value.

How to return
1. Email us at bnd.officiel001@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We will reply within 48 hours with the return address and instructions.
3. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund a return that does not reach us.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund you within 14 days, using your original payment method.

Faulty or wrong items
If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us with a photo within 30 days. We will send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you, and you do not need to return the item.

Your legal right to cancel (UK)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. This does not affect your statutory rights.
